ALPHA COURSE

Would you like to go deeper into your faith? Would you like to invite friends to come along to a relaxed evening where everyone can ask questions and be curious about what the Christian faith is all about?

Lorraine and Vern, with a team of helpers, will be hosting the Alpha Course at the Vicarage on Wednesday evenings, from January 28th 2026 up until Easter.  Please do feel free to come along to the fist evening for a taster session, and see if this is something you'd like to be part of!

Every Wednesday, we'll start with a two course dinner around the table and then watch a short film, followed by an informal time for chat and a discussion about what we liked or disliked (!) about the film.  We'll explore the claims of Jesus, what scripture says about the Holy Spirit, how to read our Bibles, and how to pray etc. .

If you'd like to try Alpha - either for yourself, or by bringing someone along, please do sign up with the sheet at the back of the church - or by speaking with Lorraine or Vern.
